Syvä Wellness Nest, located within Arctic TreeHouse Hotel in Lapland, invites guests to unwind with Nordic-inspired spa rituals and holistic care. We are seeking a Wellness Therapist to guide relaxation through body, face, and hand treatments, including in-room sessions for a premium, private guest experience.

The role emphasizes massage techniques, Neurosonic sessions, and product upselling in a serene setting, with a focus on guest well-being and meticulous hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Certified and trained in massage therapy, wellness, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a professional spa or wellness environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to legally work in Finland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments to hotel guests.
• Perform in-room massages for hotel guests.
• Provide body, hand, foot, and facial treatments.
• Administer 45–60–90 minute massages tailored to guest needs.
• Promote and up-sell spa products and treatments.
• Ensure all treatments meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the employer.

As a Wellness Therapist, you will help guests discover deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Your days will include:

• Offering soothing body, hand, and facial massages with aromatic oils and organic Nordic skincare.
• Performing our signature treatments: Winter Glow Facial, Syvä Hands, Relaxing & Deep Tissue Massages, and Syvä Body Treatment.
• Guiding guests through Neurosonic sessions (for relaxation, recovery, and activation).
• Ensuring every guest feels seen, cared for, and restored in a serene, private setting.
• Occasionally delivering treatments directly in guest suites for a truly exclusive experience.
