Responsibilities include in-room massages, promoting spa products, maintaining hygiene, and adapting sessions to guest needs. Fluent English required; Finnish work eligibility and a driving licence are benefits for a seasonal winter

As a Wellness Therapist, you’ll help guests discover deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Your days will include:
Offering soothing body, hand, and facial massages with aromatic oils and organic Nordic skincare.
Performing our signature treatments: Winter Glow Facial, Syvä Hands, Relaxing & Deep Tissue Massages, and Syvä Body Treatment.
Guiding guests through Neurosonic sessions (for relaxation, recovery, and activation).
Ensuring every guest feels seen, cared for, and restored in a serene, private setting.
Occasionally delivering treatments directly in guest suites for a truly exclusive experience.
Delivering high-quality spa treatments to hotel guests at Syvä Wellness Nest
Performing in-room massages for hotel guests
Providing body, hand, foot, and facial treatments
Administering 45–60-90-minute massages tailored to guest needs
Promoting and up-selling spa products and treatments
Ensuring all treatments meet hygiene and safety standards
Performing additional duties as requested by the employer
Certified and trained in massage therapy, wellness, or related fields
Proven experience in a professional spa or wellness environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
Valid driving licence
Ability to legally work in Finland
Strong communication and inter personal Skills
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
Team player with flexibility to adapt to different tasks and schedules
Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa treatments (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
Awareness of hygiene, safety, and wellness industry standards
