Job summary

Elomatic Oy is seeking an AI Lead for the Marine Business Unit to own Marine-specific AI development and translate business and engineering needs into practical AI solutions.

You will drive AI adoption across the Marine Business Unit, prioritise high-value opportunities, and lead projects from concept to implementation while shaping the AI roadmap. The role blends technology, engineering, and business in Turku/Espoo, with hands-on work and potential evolution into a broader Marine AI function.

Qualifications

• AI/ML expertise with hands-on development experience.
• Experience turning business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Experience in maritime or industrial engineering is a plus.
• Strong project ownership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
