Job summary

Fazer is seeking a Procurement Excellence professional to build data and digital foundations enabling modern procurement across SAP-enabled processes and future AI capabilities. You will own data governance, define the data roadmap, and translate process needs into practical data solutions.

You will collaborate with ICT, Finance, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to drive automation and digital simplification in procurement.

Qualifications

In this role, you will build data and digital foundations that enable modern procurement. You will translate procurement process needs into practical data and system requirements, helping create scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working across Fazer.

Your mission

Your mission is to ensure procurement has reliable data, clear ownership and fit-for-purpose digital foundations to support daily operations, SAP-enabled processes and future AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own procurement data governance principles, data quality and master data improvement
• Develop the procurement data and systems roadmap, including SAP-related data needs
• Translate procurement process requirements into data, reporting and digital solutions
• Collaborate with Procurement, ICT, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders on integrations, data flows and system development
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI readiness and digital simplification across procurement processes

This is a permanent position based at our headquarters in Vaarala, Vantaa, where we work mainly on-site. You will join our Procurement Excellence team and report to the Head of Procurement Excellence.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Experience in data, digitalisation, analytics, procurement development or related business development roles
• Good understanding of procurement processes and procurement-specific data needs
• General SAP understanding in a procurement or business process context; technical configuration is not required
• Understanding of data governance and master data management
• Ability to translate process needs into practical data and digital solutions
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in the following is considered a strong advantage:

• Deeper experience with SAP data, procurement systems or ERP-enabled process development
• Analytics platforms, data architecture, reporting solutions or system integrations
• Automation, AI solutions or digital transformation programmes

The base salary per month of this position is around 4,700 - 5,400 €, depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate.

This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 10 % of annual salary. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including for example discounts to Fazer products and well-being benefits.
