Oriola is seeking an IT Manager- Cloud and On-prem Datacenter in Espoo to lead and optimise our hybrid infrastructure. You will drive cloud adoption, oversee service providers and ensure scalable, secure systems supporting business growth.

The role requires 8+ years in cloud/datacenter leadership, ITIL governance, and strong stakeholder communication in Finnish and English. Hybrid work model and close collaboration with architecture, security, and application teams are essential.

About The Position

We are currently looking for a IT Manager- Cloud and On-prem Datacenter to join our team located in Espoo. As part of our Digital & IT organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our infrastructure and cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments, driving cloud adoption, overseeing service providers, and ensuring that our infrastructure capabilities support business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with architecture, network, cybersecurity, application teams, and external partners to continuously improve our technology landscape. We offer an opportunity to influence our infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and operational practices from day one. Decisions are made close to the business, and your expertise will have a direct impact on how we evolve our capabilities. Personal and experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing cloud and datacenter infrastructure services, including platform operations, infrastructure lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
• Experience in managing teams, service providers, or technology operations.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments consisting of cloud and on-premises data centers.
• Experience with Cloud services, including networking, governance, security, and cloud operations.
• Understanding of server, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and enterprise network technologies.
• Technical knowledge and capability to operate and troubleshoot on-prem servers
• Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL) and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security principles, identity management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in capacity planning, performance management, and technology lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.

Terms Of Employment
