Wärtsilä seeks a engineering leadership manager in Vaasa to guide Technical Service with a modern approach. You will lead people, foster analytics-driven decisions and translate field experience into learning across product development.
You will collaborate with R&D, field service, and workshops to shape lifecycle-aware technical standards and new portfolio solutions. The role emphasizes trust, empowerment and continuous improvement.

We anticipate first round interview to happen in week 37 (7-11 Sept) with final round interviews if required, ideally in week 38 (14-18 Sept) when the hiring manager plans to be local to Vaasa, Finland. However whilst this this is opened for an extended period due to the extended summer vacation periods in Europe, we reserve the right to move forward with individuals during the advertising period.
