Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc).
• Ensure real-time reporting of work performed at equipment level for accurate e-Optimum and notifications.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships; on-site contact and end-users with Ambassador attitude.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance.
• Manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and report to supervisor.
• Act quickly on-site for high risks and follow escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain on-site approval when not covered.
