Radiometer, part of Danaher, seeks a Maintaince Excellence Owner to lead TPM strategy, governance, and maintenance programs across GMP sites. You will drive reliability, compliance, and digital maintenance initiatives while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS.

The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, within Global Manufacturing Engineering, and is an on-site position in Turku (FI) or other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
• 10+ years in maintenance, engineering, or operations in GMP life sciences.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsabilités

• Shape and govern Enterprise TPM strategy and maintenance governance across sites.
• Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across locations.
• Sponsor TPM pillars and embed culture of daily management, standard work, and problem solving.
• Lead reliability and operational performance initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset availability.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with cGMP, GxP, and EHS standards and maintain audit readiness.
• Direct enterprise CMMS/EAM and digital maintenance strategy for data integrity and asset visibility.
• Lead maintenance leadership teams and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and vendors.
