Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Maintenance Excellence Owner to lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs across multiple GMP sites. On-site role based in Turku, Finland, with travel to other sites as needed.

You will drive TPM, reliability, and digital maintenance strategies, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and EHS to ensure asset availability and regulatory compliance. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in maintenance, engineering, or operations in GMP life sciences.
• 5+ years leading multi-site maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with digital maintenance technologies and Industry 4.0 applications.

Responsibilities

• Shape and govern the Enterprise TPM strategy across sites.
• Establish standardized maintenance programs and best-practice sharing.
• Embed TPM pillars and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives using RCM and FMEA.
• Ensure cGMP, GxP, EHS compliance and audit readiness.
• Direct CMMS/EAM and digital maintenance strategy.
• Develop maintenance leaders and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and vendors.
