Job summary

Mehiläinen Group invites a Master’s student to join as a Business Analyst Trainee / Business Controller Trainee for 2027 in Helsinki. The role focuses on high-quality analyses and reporting to support management decisions across Finland and abroad, with opportunities to work on BI solutions and M&A related projects.

The program runs for at least three months full-time, with potential to continue part-time and pursue international assignments, and is based at Narinkkatori, Kamppi, Helsinki.

Qualifications

• Master's student in a relevant degree with an excellent academic record.
• Interest in the social care and healthcare industry and business development.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Analytical skills and a quick ability to learn.
• Strong Excel skills and motivation to develop financial modeling.
• Power BI, SQL and AI tool skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business management as part of the Business Control team.
• Actively participate in business development by producing high-quality analyses and reporting solutions.
• Engage in projects related to corporate acquisitions, investment projects, financial reporting, or Power BI development, domestically and internationally.
