Job summary

Hotel Kämp, Helsinki's premier luxury hotel, seeks service-oriented, part-time waitstaff to join our team starting in October 2026. Average 40–70 hours per 3 weeks, with shifts from early morning breakfast to late dinner service, including mornings and daytimes with some evening hours.

You will create a warm, refined dining experience on the restaurant floor, deliver à la carte service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and provide expert recommendations with a deep knowledge of our food and

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and high-quality dining experiences.
• Minimum of 3 years prior waitstaff experience in a similar environment.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Additional language skills are a distinct advantage in our international setting.
• Ability to maintain poise, situational tact and a warm smile in fast-paced environments.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Creating an outstanding, warm, and refined service experience on the restaurant floor.
• Delivering à la carte service to the highest standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Providing expert recommendations based on deep knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ensuring attentive table service, maintaining the floor's elegance, and collaborating with the kitchen team.
