Job summary

Maxxon Corporation, together with the MaxTech family of brands, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator for a contract role. The position supports logistics coordination, order tracking, inventory control, receiving, and purchasing to ensure timely flow of goods and accurate records.

The role involves coordinating schedules with vendors, monitoring orders, managing receiving processes, and supporting production planning with stock analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience with order tracking systems, warehouse portals, or transportation platforms.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management (internships or co-ops considered).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics GP, SAP or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules with vendors, carriers, and warehouses.
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays.
• Manage and verify incoming materials through receiving, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support inventory control with monthly records, cycle counts, and stock level analysis.
• Serve as backup to Warehouse Manager and support purchasing and data records in ERP.
