Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Finland seeks an experienced Logistics Lead to develop and implement procurement and delivery strategies for large-scale projects. You will manage vendors, negotiate contracts, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and use SAP and construction platforms to track performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with data center or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.
