Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform, infrastructure or developer-experience teams.
• Hands-on cloud design with Azure and/or GCP, including landing zones.
• Expert-level IaC with modules for reuse, not one-off configs.
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture, containers and CI/CD at scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities with compliance in mind.
• Proven track record applying AI-driven development in production.
• Ability to define engineering standards and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a group cloud foundation as a product for engineering teams.
• Own roadmaps, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor engineers across multiple countries and teams.
• Ensure reliability, observability and regulatory compliance.
