We are looking for a lead instructor with strong expertise in promoting the rehabilitation of severely symptomatic clients and a desire to bring their expertise to the multidisciplinary team of the Hohka ward. The employment is permanent and work begins as agreed.
Child Welfare Unit Kompassipuisto consists of the Kajo and Hohka wards. Hohka is a 6-place ward providing special-level institutional care for 11–17-year-olds, mainly long-term placed children. We are oriented towards the care and education of children with psychological, neuropsychiatric and behavioral disorders with a solution-focused approach. The work is undoubtedly meaningful and versatile, but also challenging and rewarding. Work is focused on weekdays and morning shifts. However, the employee must be prepared to work in other shifts as needed.
