The work involves supporting children's daily lives, including school attendance, leisure time, social relationships, and independence, based on individual needs and the therapeutic institutional education principles of THL.
Instructors work in multidisciplinary teams alongside other practical nurses, social workers, and nurses.
Key duties include acting as a primary instructor (omaohjaaja), implementing and evaluating care and education plans, network cooperation, and client documentation.
This is a shift-based three-shift work arrangement.
