Job summary

Nordea in Helsinki invites an Information Architect to shape metadata and information models for LC&I data management. You will drive strategic data initiatives, ensuring high-quality data for business and regulatory needs in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

You will develop data standards for markets data, apply AI-enabled automation, and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, to move complex programs forward in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data management and governance and use of advanced analytics.
• Fluent in English (professional level).
• Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with stakeholders to develop metadata and information models.
• Drive Data Product deliveries by influencing stakeholders and building consensus.
• Engage internal LC&I stakeholders and coordinate alignment with Group functions.
• Develop and implement AI agents to automate manual-heavy processes.
• Leverage deep LC&I data domain knowledge to design robust architectures.
• Develop data standards and models for Markets data with regulatory alignment.
• Support change management when adopting new tools and methodologies.
