Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking an Engineering Lead for a major brownfield tank renewal project in Helsinki, Finland. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, work closely with the Project Manager, and drive delivery from feasibility through execution.

You will lead engineering teams across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering, defining scope, objectives and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety

Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary activities across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process eng.
• Must understand safety, quality and regulatory requirements in large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and allocate tasks.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans and schedules for engineering work.
• Plan resources across engineering disciplines and manage the eng team.
• Support concept development during pre-engineering and ensure smooth site execution.
