Job summary

Enersense Engineering in Helsinki seeks an Engineering Lead to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities on a brownfield tank renewal project.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, plan scope, deliverables and schedules, and lead teams across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering to ensure successful execution and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or brownfield projects.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary engineering processes and local regulations.
• Experience in planning, management, front-end/pre-engineering and project execution support.
• Site experience with tanks, pumps, piping and valves.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities with the Project Manager.
• Lead activities across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering.
• Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, engineering plans and schedules.
• Plan engineering resources in cooperation with relevant disciplines.
• Lead the engineering team and allocate tasks and responsibilities.
• Support concept development during the pre-engineering phase.
• Work with site organization to ensure smooth execution and resolve coordination challenges.
• Coordinate engineering related to tanks, pumps, piping, valves and process equipment.
• Manage engineering documentation and report on project progress.
• Ensure engineering work complies with industry standards and regulations.
