Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer (Client side) for a major data centre project in Finland. The contract is freelance/contract, 6-12 months with high extension potential.

You will support electrical delivery, work closely with specialist contractors, and drive site progress and programme delivery on a client-side role. Ideal candidates have strong electrical engineering background in large construction, data centre experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering background in major construction projects.
• Experience managing full electrical construction scope on large-scale projects.
• Data centre / mission-critical experience preferred.
• Able to manage, challenge and coordinate electrical contractors.
• Strong understanding of site delivery, construction sequencing and programme dependencies.
• Hands-on, site-based approach with focus on progress and issue resolution.
• Experience in a PMC / Owner's Representative, MEP or electrical contractor environment.
• Able to take ownership of electrical delivery with urgency and accountability.
