Job summary

Winthrop Engineering Limited in Vaasa, Finland is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale data centre project. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems, managing subcontractors and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role includes engaging clients, coordinating with teams, and leading project performance. Responsibilities

• Lead productivity by implementing effective weekly and daily work plans.
• Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Uphold the highest Quality and Safety standards through diligent implementation and monitoring of procedures.
• Track labour, manage resource allocation, and maintain accurate productivity records.
• Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams, supervisors, and foremen to drive performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with foremen to ensure materials, equipment, and information are in place for safe, efficient work execution.
• Coordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations.
• Review and approve project documentation and foremen reports, ensuring timely closeout of all issues.
