Job summary

Skylo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Specialist to own the NTN roaming settlement architecture, wholesale pricing constructs, and clearing strategy.

You will translate complex standards into auditable operating models across TADIG, PLMN, and DCH/FCH workflows from a remote Europe hub. You will partner with Finance, Product, BSS, Network, Legal and Sales to implement scalable settlement processes, represent Skylo in GSMA groups, and drive NTN roaming at scale with multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wholesale roaming billing, network settlement, clearing, or standards.
• Advanced knowledge of TAP3, RAP, BCE, CDR/mediation flows, DCH/FCH.
• Deep understanding of PLMN, TADIG, IMSI numbering and roaming identities.
• Experience developing wholesale pricing or financial models.
• Credibility representing operators or tech providers in standards forums.
• Strong cross-functional coordination; able to operationalize incomplete industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect routing logic across TADIG × PLMN × DCH/FCH combinations.
• Define routing to prevent leakage and ensure correct settlements.
• Oversee daily reconciliation cadence and dispute resolution.
• Design NTN wholesale pricing frameworks linked to billing methods.
• Manage technical execution for DCH/FCH partners and NRTRDE controls.
• Represent Skylo in GSMA working groups (WSOLU, IDSBCE, BCE, NRG NTN).
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, BSS, Network, Legal, and Sales to implement auditable processes.
