Job summary

Skylo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior commercial-technical leader to own Skylo’s IPX, hubbing, and clearing-partner ecosystem. You will manage contracts, operating cadence, service performance, escalation paths, and redundancy strategies to accelerate roaming partner production.

The role requires 10+ years in roaming, strong interconnect expertise, and senior leadership experience. This is a remote Europe-based position, with London as a hub and openness to remote candidates across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roaming/wholesale roaming with direct operator management.
• 10+ years in carrier interconnect, wholesale roaming, or related field.
• Senior-level ownership of strategic suppliers and complex partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and maintain roaming agreements and related signing/updating processes.
• Oversee testing, opening of new roaming relationships, and data exchange between operators.
• Analyse roaming performance (traffic, quality, revenue, cost, margin) to define tariff and roaming optimisations.
• Interface with internal functions (Network, IT/BSS, Finance, Legal, Wholesale, Marketing) to ensure delivery and evolution of the service.
