Job summary

Eficode is seeking a Lead Architect in Finland to bridge high-level architecture with commercial strategy, guiding DevOps, AI-driven development, and platform engineering. You will act as a trusted advisor shaping enterprise roadmaps and delivery excellence.

You will lead client engagements, own technical delivery, and foster collaboration across teams, while mentoring colleagues and driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience (min 5+ years) with SDLC, DevOps, Cloud and AI tools.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI integration in software engineering workflows.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and leading client discussions.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical project delivery.
• Fluent Finnish and consulting experience are strong advantages.

About The Role

As a Lead Architect within our Technology Services team, you will bridge high-level technical architecture with commercial strategy. You will act as a trusted client advisor, shaping DevOps ecosystems, platform engineering practices, and AI-driven development tools to transform how modern engineering teams build software.

Here Are Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Technical architecture: Architect and implement modern DevOps tools, GitHub Enterprise solutions, and AI/GenAI extensions into enterprise SDLC pipelines.
• Client advisory & pre-sales: Lead technical sales discussions, articulate strategic concepts, control complex technical scenarios, and influence enterprise client roadmaps.
• Project delivery leadership: Take technical ownership of project deliveries, mentoring and guiding your colleagues to drive client business outcomes.
• Platform engineering: Design self-service platform engineering tooling and infrastructure setups for clients.

Who we are looking for

You are a technical leader with a strong engineering foundation who excels at the intersection of architecture, pre-sales advisory, and project execution. You take ownership of client outcomes and possess the clarity to explain complex technical ideas simply.

• Core tech stack experience: Recent, hands-on experience (min 5+ years) with our core tech stack (SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and AI tools).
• AI integration: Practical, hands-on experience embedding AI / GenAI tools into software engineering workflows.
• Business acumen & advisory experience: Proven background in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, and leading client discussions.
• Leadership experience: Ability to lead technical project delivery and guide team members through complex client engagements.
• Plusses: fluent Finnish and consulting experience are strong advantages.

Please note: This local hybrid position is based in Finland. Candidates must currently reside in Finland and hold valid work authorization.
