Job summary

Johto Advisors Executive Search is seeking a Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance team. The role focuses on developing finance processes within the D365 environment and leading initiatives to enable growth, reporting to the Group CFO, with potential future people management.

The successful candidate will own D365 F&O, integrate ERP initiatives into finance processes, support business area controllers, and monitor significant investments in an international, hybrid-work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing finance processes within a D365 environment.
• Experience with D365 system projects or implementations.
• Solid experience across roles such as business controlling, finance process development and process ownership.
• A relevant higher education degree.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• A good understanding of IFRS is considered an advantage.
• Experience in a listed company environment is considered an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Group’s finance processes within the D365 environment in support of our growth strategy. You will also lead development initiatives focused on strategy-enabling processes and the effective use of capital in an international operating environment. You will report to the Group CFO.

A key part of the role will be the D365 SCM programme being launched in our panel business. Working closely with the business controlling teams and Group Finance, you will play a central role in integrating the programme into the Group’s finance processes and driving its further development. The role may include people management responsibilities in the future.

Your key responsibilities

• Owning the D365 F&O system and developing the finance processes within it.

• Supporting and challenging business area controllers in areas such as performance analysis and working capital optimisation.
