Job summary

Ticketmaster Finland is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven Account Manager to win new business across Finland. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, building a robust pipeline and delivering persuasive proposals.

You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate with the wider organisation to grow revenue and market presence in Finland.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of documented sales experience.
• Documented good sales results.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and fluent in Finnish with strong English skills.

THE TEAM

You’ll join a collaborative and commercially focused team committed to growing Ticketmaster’s presence across Finland. Working closely with the Sales Director and colleagues across the wider business, you’ll play an important role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships across the live entertainment industry and driving continued growth in the Finnish market. The team combines local market knowledge with the scale, expertise and resources of Ticketmaster’s wider organisation, creating an environment where collaboration, initiative and a strong commercial mindset are key.

THE JOB

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business. This is a predominantly new business sales role focused on acquiring and winning new clients across Finland. The role focus on identifying, engaging and converting new event organisers, promoters, venues, sports organisations and entertainment partners to Ticketmaster. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, solution selling, negotiation and closing. Your success will be measured by new client acquisition, new revenue generation and market expansion. You'll be expected to build a robust pipeline, consistently exceed sales targets and become the face of Ticketmaster to prospective clients across Finland.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
