Job summary

Täyttö Oy in Huittinen is seeking an IT technician with a customer-service mindset for a permanent position. You will perform pre-installations and updates of IT service packages and computers at work sites and at customer sites, and provide on-site support as needed.

Fluency in Finnish, a valid driving license (B), and a genuine interest in IT are required. Working hours are Monday to Friday daytime, with a salary of 2,200–3,300 EUR per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Some experience with computers and IT is welcome.
• Fluency in Finnish is required.
• Driving license B is required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-install IT service packages and computers at work and customer sites.
• Install computers, displays, printers, drivers and Office software.
• Occasionally assemble an electric desk.
• Transfer data from old machines to new ones.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and provide remote support by phone.
• Perform other related duties as required.

We are now looking for an IT technician for Huittinen in a permanent position. The job contract is directly with our client company.

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-installation and updates of IT service packages and computers at both work sites and customer sites.
• Install computers, displays, printers and drivers, as well as Office programs and other software needed by customers.
• Occasionally assemble an electric desk.
• Transfer data from old machines to new ones.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide remote support by phone.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Working Hours

Work is Mon-Fri daytime.

Job Requirements

• Some experience with computers and IT is welcome.
• Self-driven, positive, and customer-service oriented attitude.
• Genuine interest in IT and experience with IT tools.
• Understanding of good customer service and customer experience.
• Fluency in Finnish.
• Reasonable physical condition.
• Driving license B.
