What this is about

Our client is seeking new employees for changing data center projects across Europe, including Finland. Our client is a Finnish growth company that implements cabling and network installations for significant data center projects and other demanding operating environments.

The employment contract is concluded with Visio Sähkö Oy. However, there is a good opportunity to later move directly into the service of our client company.

Job description

The job description consists of telecommunications cabling and equipment installations in a data center environment. The role is hands-on, and precision and manual dexterity will be heavily utilized.

Working requires a good tolerance for routine, as the work steps are precisely defined. At the same time, every site is unique, and the work does not become boring as technology constantly evolves. In this role, you will stay at the cutting edge of development and learn new ways of operating and technologies as they change.

Work is mainly performed on a piecework basis. The length of working days and working hours may vary depending on the project, and work may also be performed on weekends. Total project durations vary from a few months to several months.

Work typically takes place in 2-3 week project periods, followed by a rest period spent in Finland. We are looking for employees ready to travel, although the work site may also be located in Finland. Assignments are mainly undertaken together with a team.
