Job summary

Nordec Group seeks an experienced IT Service & Development Manager to lead the Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment and related business applications. The role is flexible within Nordec's operating countries and requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive service quality, manage external vendors, and identify automation opportunities to optimise business processes across Nordic and Central/Eastern Europe operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, ERP management, application management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers
• Knowledge of IT service management principles and change management practices
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field

Responsibilities

• Leading and owning the support, maintenance, development and organisation change management of Nordec's Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment and ensuring effective issue resolution together with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving service quality, process development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Managing relationships and service quality with external vendors, implementation partners and service providers
• Identifying opportunities to utilise automation and AI solutions to improve business processes and efficiency

Technical & professional background
