Job summary

University of Oulu's IKAPO project seeks a Project Worker to turn data, participation, and partnerships into real opportunities for students and MSMEs. You will join ITEE’s Development Team for a 40% position, contributing to collaboration platforms, AI-powered analytics, and student engagement across North Ostrobothnia.

An international environment with strong teamwork and access to modern tools is offered, including Wix/SharePoint sites, Canva/Photoshop for content, and events support.

Qualifications

• Ongoing ITEE studies at University of Oulu.
• Strong analytical and IT skills with AI tool experience.
• Ability to manage and present data clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop websites, collaboration platforms, AI analytics, and digital tools for IKAPO or ITEE SPOT.
• Identify company needs and promote student projects, trainee­ships, theses.
• Compile analytics and insights to support collaboration and recruitment.
• Facilitate interaction between students and companies through events and activities.
• Create engaging content and materials (infos, decks, articles, posts).
• Collaborate with students, staff, and external partners of the project.
