Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot and resolve data center IT hardware issues, and to manage the RMA process. The role sits at the intersection of multiple technical and operational domains.

You will diagnose firmware and hardware problems on servers, implement workarounds, and act as a subject matter expert for L1/L2 technicians. You will also create and improve processes, documentation, and training for the hardware team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting.
• Unix/Linux command line proficiency.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.
• Proactiveness and sense of responsibility.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Bonus: Electronics repair at component level (SMD).
• Bonus: Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Bonus: Driving license type B.
