Job summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Manager to develop the collaboration between business and IT and to manage the lifecycle of key business systems. In this role you operate at the interface between business and technology, understanding business needs, identifying development opportunities and implementing them together with stakeholders, vendors and technical experts. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and modernization of business-critical systems and actively contribute to digitizing business processes. This is a versatile and responsible expert role where you can influence how the company runs, including its systems and digital services.

What will you do?

In your daily work you will map business needs and translate them into IT solutions in collaboration with the business and IT teams.

You will lead projects related to business systems such as system upgrades, deployments, migrations and development projects.

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of core business systems such as ERP, CRM and work management systems.

You will manage budgeting and cost tracking and optimization of these systems.

You will lead collaboration with external vendors and partners.

You will develop integrations between systems and participate in the design of integration architecture.

You will support and train system users and promote effective utilization of systems.

You will develop business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging digitalization.

What do we require from you?

• experience in a role bridging business and IT, such as IT Business Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect or similar
• evidence of delivering business systems development and deployment projects
• understanding of ERP, CRM and other business-supporting systems
• experience of vendor management and stakeholder collaboration
• understanding of information security
• solid budgeting and cost-control skills
• understanding of integrations and system architecture
• ability to map and improve business processes with technology
• fluent Finnish and English

Nice to have:

• experience with modern integration solutions or cloud services
• experience in change management and supporting organizational digital development
• certifications in ITIL, project management or architecture frameworks
• AI and Data Governance knowledge

Practical details:

• Location – Loihde has offices in Helsinki and Oulu, but you can work in a hybrid model from anywhere in Finland
• Start – by agreement
• Salary – 5000-5500 €/month, exact salary to be agreed in later recruitment steps
