Job summary
Neste, a global leader in renewable fuels, is seeking an Instrumentation Lead Engineer to drive engineering across investment projects in Porvoo, Finland. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, refinery personnel, equipment vendors and partners to ensure quality, safety and value throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Proven track record in instrumentation or automation engineering.
- Leadership capability or clear motivation for project leadership.
- Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead instrumentation engineering across investment projects from early studies through site execution.
- Ensure high technical quality and safety for instrumentation deliverables aligned with scopes, schedules and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement of specifications and processes while expanding leadership and technical capabilities.
- Serve as an owner representative on major strategic projects, guiding EPCM contractors.
