Job summary

EG in Espoo is seeking an infrastructure cost data expert to join our team developing software for the infrastructure industry. You will renew and maintain cost data assets and work with AI‑assisted methods from day one.

Based in Espoo, you will operate in a hybrid model, collaborating with product development and customer teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Fluency in Finnish and English, interest in AI tools, and a background in infrastructure cost estimation will be valued assets.

Qualifications

Background in the infrastructure sector (e.g. civil engineering or municipal engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Genuine interest in using digital tools as part of daily work.
Work carefully and systematically, since precision matters when maintaining data assets.
Interest in or experience with AI tools.
Fluent in Finnish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Renew and maintain our infrastructure cost and data assets, so customers can always rely on them.
Update and validate pricing data, and keep emission values in line with current calculation principles.
Identify and renew nomenclature structures, and help expand the data asset into new infrastructure sub-areas.
Use digital tools, and increasingly AI, to support and speed up data work.
Collaborate closely with product development and customer teams to keep the data asset relevant and correct.
Contribute your perspective as we explore a new platform with updated technology for the years ahead.
