Bis Group in Espoo, Finland is seeking skilled steel erectors for demanding data centre projects. You will perform lifting and crane operations on site, ensuring safe, precise assembly of heavy structural elements.

Applicants should have IPAF, EU work rights, and a Finnish Veronumero. Proficiency with high-strength bolting, calibrated torque wrenches, levels and lasers is essential, with English as the project language and basic Finnish as an asset for local coordination.

BIS GROUP are looking for Steel erectors in the Espoo area of Finland, for a number of Data centre Projects.

About the Role

Experience with the following is essential:

Working on Data, Pharma, Semi Conductor, Oil and gas projects is essential.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• IPAF
• EU Passport or the right to work in EU permit is mandatory
• Finnish Tax Number (Veronumero)
• Proficiency in high-strength structural bolting, including calibrated torque wrench operation and understanding tension control
• Expertise in using levels, lasers, and plumbing tools to align structural steel members to strict millimetre tolerances required for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Competency in signaling crane operators, selecting appropriate lifting tackle, and safely securing heavy steel beams
• English is typically the primary project language on international hyperscale data centre sites in Espoo, though basic Finnish is an asset for local sub-contractor coordination
