Job summary

EG in Jyväskylä is seeking a hands-on Product Engineer to help shape AI-enabled software for the construction industry. You’ll join the Construction R&D team, work with Indian developers and Finnish stakeholders, and own end-to-end delivery from UI to deployment while ensuring production readiness.

You will translate customer needs into robust technical solutions, collaborate across borders, and leverage AI to improve development processes in a Nordic, trust-based culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior software development experience.
• Experience with modern web development and REST API.
• Production-ready delivery mindset and reliable software.
• Ability to deliver maintainable, high-quality systems.
• Experience working in international, cross-site teams.
• Fluent in English and Finnish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver full-stack software from frontend to production deployment.
• Ensure quality from unit tests to production monitoring.
• Implement features per the roadmap and project governance.
• Own internal tooling development and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with both Indian and Finnish stakeholders.
• Turn complex business logic into simple technical solutions.
