Job summary

Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy is seeking an experienced technical sales professional to strengthen its electrical and automation business, blending engineering know-how with solution selling and robust customer relationships. The role supports Finland-wide offices in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will sell to industrial customers, identify new relationships, and expand existing accounts, while collaborating across sales, engineering and project teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in electrical and automation solutions.
• Experience in technical B2B sales and new customer acquisition.
• Understanding of process industry or energy sector environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Sell electrical and automation solutions to industrial customers.
• Identify and build new customer relationships; maintain and grow existing ones.
• Map customer needs and build solutions with Comatec experts.
• Prepare offers, negotiate and drive sales.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project organization and other stakeholders.
