Job summary

Prysmian Group, based in Kirkkonummi, Finland, is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial & Construction. You will lead the regional sales team, drive profitable growth, manage key customer relationships, and coordinate quotations and pricing.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience, leadership, and knowledge of the electrical industry, with travel within Finland. Fluency in Finnish and good English are essential; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Prysmian's Industrial & Construction business in Finland.
• Manage regional sales team, forecast sales and drive growth.
• Build relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
• Plan and execute sales and development activities with the team.
• Coordinate project opportunities, quotations and pricing.
• Manage pricing and customer agreements; monitor market trends.
