Prysmian Group is seeking a Production Planner for its plant in Pikkala, Kirkkonummi, Finland. The role focuses on optimizing raw material stock levels and ensuring smooth production operations in collaboration with Planning, Scheduling, Sourcing, and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and strong Excel skills, with a proactive team mindset. Hybrid work and a supportive Supply Chain environment are offered to drive efficiency and growth.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing and managing raw material stock levels to ensure seamless production operations. Collaborating closely with production planning and purchasing, you’ll support manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency and meet demand. Requirements

• Experience in supply chain planning or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn and adapt to new IT systems.
• Strong team player mentality and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to maintain focus and adaptability in fast-paced environments, occasionally going the extra mile if needed.
• Excellent English language skills are essential; proficiency in Finnish is preferred.
