Prysmian Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Industrial & Construction business in Finland, based in Pikkala, Kirkkonummi. You will manage a regional sales team, drive growth, and maintain long-term customer relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
You will lead pricing, opportunities, and forecasts while collaborating across functions in an international environment. Fluency in Finnish and good English are required, with travel within Finland expected.

In this role, you will lead and develop Prysmian's Industrial & Construction business in Finland, with a strong focus on profitable growth and long-term customer relationships. Your primary customer segments are electrical wholesalers and electrical contractors. You will lead the regional sales team and be accountable for sales performance, forecasting and long-term customer development.
