The City of Tampere is seeking a Project Planner for a fixed-term assignment in the Entrepreneurship, Business and International Workforce Services unit. You will develop an impact-based funding model, assess cost structures, and create operating models for monitoring and evaluating impact.

You will analyze project results, prepare suitability assessments, and contribute to data-driven management solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree and experience in development work and project-based tasks in customer-facing services.
• Knowledge of public administration, employment and business services, or regional development is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data skills; ability to use digital and AI-based tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop an impact-based funding model, incentive systems and indicators.
• Analyse cost structures of employment services, produce calculations and scenarios.
• Build operating models for monitoring and evaluating impact.
• Prepare suitability assessments and develop data-driven management solutions.
• Evaluate and document project results; oversee the project's funding model, impact and analytics.
