Johnson & Johnson in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Field Medical Advisor (Immunology/Rheumatology) for a fixed-term contract through 2027. The role focuses on scientific excellence, external engagement with leading physicians, and strategic medical planning across Finland.

You will work with our immunology portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams, researchers, and external stakeholders to drive evidence generation, medical education, and high-quality scientific exchanges that support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy or life sciences is required.
PhD in life sciences is a merit.
Proficiency in Finnish and English (verbal and written).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for business.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with leading physicians in immunology/rheumatology.
Communicate medical data to specialists and broader healthcare audiences.
Lead external medical education and evidence-generation planning in Finland.
Attract clinical studies to Finland and support cross-functional teams.
Provide medical and scientific input to reimbursement submissions as applicable.
