Qualifications

  • University degree in life sciences; an advanced scientific degree is an advantage.
  • Solid experience from Medical Affairs or a comparable pharmaceutical medical role.
  • Strong scientific acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, relevant communication.
  • Good understanding of the Finnish healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape.
  • Experience with clinical research, real-world evidence, or evidence generation is an advantage.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • High ethical standards and a strong patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Communicate clinical and scientific evidence in a clear, balanced, and non-promotional way.
  • Provide medical input to brand plans, materials, medical education, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer activities.
  • Identify evidence gaps and support local evidence generation, real-world evidence activities, and clinical research opportunities.
  • Work closely with local, Nordic, regional, and global colleagues to ensure strong alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure all activities are delivered to high ethical, scientific, and compliance standards.

About the role
