Nordea is seeking a skilled professional to strengthen the technology operating model and governance framework. You will work with diverse stakeholders to mature ICT policies, ensure compliance with EU regulations, and drive the Application Management Framework across Group Technology.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and proven experience in regulatory implementations and policy development. A hybrid working model and inclusive culture are offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory implementations, ICT risk management and policy-level documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop project plans and work breakdown structures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to EU regulations within ICT policies (DORA, GDPR, BRRD) and IT governance standards (ITIL, COBIT, NIST2).
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose ICT policy and Application Portfolio Management Framework.
• Define and mature Nordea’s application management policy and framework with other Group Technology units.
• Engage and influence decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
• Support across Group Technology and coordinate the Group Internal Rules Process.
