Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy in Helsinki is seeking an End User Services Architect with IAM expertise to lead secure, scalable IAM initiatives. You will design, develop, implement and maintain IAM solutions to support business needs while aligning with cyber security and zero-trust principles.

As an IAM architect, you will partner with IT, OT and business stakeholders, drive governance, and provide hands-on L2/L3 support when required. This role offers growth in a global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of IAM/IGA experience with hands-on configuration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, roadmaps, and tools.
• Act as SME for IAM solutions across IT, OT and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay up to date with industry IAM technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for service delivery.
• Option for on-call if needed.
