Aritech, part of Kidde Global Solutions, is seeking a Systems Engineer to translate product requirements into comprehensive system solutions. The role covers requirements decomposition, system integration, verification and validation, with focus on cost, schedule and performance objectives.

Based in Gdańsk/Poland (hybrid), you will work autonomously with cross‑functional teams, maintain configurations in Confluence and JIRA, and contribute to process optimization and reliability.

Competenze

• Seasoned professional contributor with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Works autonomously with limited oversight from management.
• University degree preferred, technical field.

Mansioni

• Convert customer requirements into total system solutions.
• Perform requirements allocation and interface definition studies.
• Manage system decomposition and verification criteria.
• Coordinate cross-team activities and dashboards in Confluence/JIRA.
