Job summary

AFRY AB is seeking an experienced Project Planner to strengthen its Project Controls team in Vantaa, Finland. The role involves developing and maintaining schedules across project lifecycle, from sales proposals to execution, in collaboration with the project team and customers.

You will track progress, forecast timelines, and report deviations while actively engaging stakeholders. We value engineers who can create reliable baselines, foresee critical deadlines, and drive proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Experience in industrial project planning or EPC

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules from sales to execution
• Collaborate with project team to baseline and update schedules
• Track progress, forecast timelines, and report deviations
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders and customers
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks in planning
• Travel and relocate as needed
