Recrute Action is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support underwriting operations in a collaborative hybrid environment. You will enter data into Guidewire and legacy systems, support the underwriting team, and help ensure broker satisfaction across personal lines auto and property accounts.

The role emphasizes accuracy, fast learning of new systems, and readiness to handle multiple tasks while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.
• Good technical aptitude and quick identification of solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Guidewire and Legacy systems for new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes under underwriting direction.
• Provide administrative support to the underwriting team.
• Deliver broker satisfaction when interacting with brokers on personal lines auto and property accounts.
• Support the team in meeting production goals and targets.
• Transfer policies through the conversion process efficiently.
• Assist with other assigned duties.
