Aviva Canada is seeking a Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting to deliver high-quality analytics that improve Commercial Insurance performance. You will work with complex datasets, develop dashboards, and collaborate across actuarial, pricing, analytics, underwriting, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• University degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics and Reporting.
• Experience with SAS, Python, MS Access and BI tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with complex datasets ensuring data quality, integrity, governance, and optimal performance.
• Lead collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance.
• Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support decisions.
• Collaborate with partners to define and drive business intelligence and analytics.
• Foster engagement with actuarial, pricing, analytics, underwriting, operations, marketing, IT, finance, and others.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on performance drivers and trends.
