Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years in business development, sales, account management, or stakeholder engagement; healthcare/home care preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive growth through proactive prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, funders, and health system stakeholders.
• Support growth through prospecting, account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline updates and forecast inputs.
• Support contract renewals, proposals, and RFP coordination with internal teams.
